IN999 Withdrawal Problem: First Steps
If an IN999 withdrawal has not arrived, start with the Withdrawal history on the Wallet screen, then the page’s own delay notice, then its customer service. Be wary of any chat that offers to release the money for a fee.
A late withdrawal is stressful, and stress is when people send the second payment. This page puts three screens in the order to read them, then says what a useful message to support holds and what a fee trap looks like. It sits under the deposit and withdrawal help, which covers the Wallet screen in full. We have no account and never made a withdrawal, so this is a guide to reading, not a record of how IN999 behaves.
Screen 1: the Withdrawal history
On the Wallet screen, one of the labels is Withdrawal history, and Deposit history sits beside it. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the Wallet screen read ₹0.00 throughout before a login, so the rows that matter appear only once you are logged in.
Open the history and note, for each request, the amount, the time, the status words and any reference number. Take a screenshot with the clock showing. Then look at your bank or UPI app for the same day. Two records that disagree are worth more to support than a description, and a record that agrees may show the money has arrived under a name you did not expect.
Screen 2: the notice about delay
The notice list holds a notice titled “Important Notice Of Withdrawal Delay”, dated 4 September 2026 like the rest. On withdrawal, the notices say that if you have not received your withdrawal within 3 days, you should contact the page’s self-service center. This is the page’s statement. We have seen no withdrawal take any time, and we do not know how long one takes.
Before you rely on the 3 days, find out what they count.
| Question | Why it changes the answer |
|---|---|
| Counted from the request, or from an approval step? | The clock may start later than you think |
| Calendar days, or working days? | A weekend can add two days |
| Does a holiday stop the clock? | We read no answer |
| What is “contact” here? | The notices name a self-service center, not a person |
Ask support to answer these in writing, and keep the reply.
Screen 3: asking the page itself
The routes we saw are the customer-service icon at the top right of the home page, a Contact customer service button in a hidden dialog on the Log in screen, and the self-service center the notices name. We opened none of them. Use the page’s own route, reached from an address you typed, and write one clear message:
- the phone number you registered with;
- the amount, the date and the time of the request;
- the Withdrawal history row, as a screenshot;
- your bank’s entry, if any, with its reference;
- one question: what is the status, and when will it change?
Do not send a password, an OTP or your UPI PIN. Nobody who is looking into a withdrawal needs them.
Messages that find you first
When a withdrawal is stuck, the next message often arrives unasked, on Telegram or WhatsApp. The scam message checker above reads the words of a pasted message. Its opening example is invented: “Your withdrawal of ₹12,000 is pending. Recharge ₹2,000 first to unlock your balance. Offer valid today only.” It reads High, on two signs.
| Sign matched | The words behind it | Points |
|---|---|---|
| A demand to pay in before you can take money out | “withdrawal of ₹12,000 is pending. Recharge ₹2,000 first to unlock your balance” | 60 |
| Pressure to hurry | “today only” | 15 |
The first sign scores 60, and 60 is the line for High, so it settles the reading alone. The pattern is a payment asked for as the price of getting your own money out. The checker reads words only, so a Low reading never shows that a message came from who it claims. Treat the sender, not the wording, as the question: a chat that found you first is not the page’s own support.
If you have already paid someone
Call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Call your bank straight away to block a card or UPI ID, and keep every screenshot. If it is weighing on you, Tele-MANAS 14416 is free, confidential and open every hour.
What we cannot see
We cannot trace a payment, release a withdrawal or speak to the platform for you. A second look at the login guide may help if you cannot reach your account, and the hack guide explains the “release” and “prediction” offers that follow a stuck withdrawal.
Common questions
My IN999 withdrawal shows pending. Should I request it again?
We cannot tell what a second request would do, because we made no withdrawal and saw no withdrawal screen. Read the Withdrawal history first, because it may show the first request in a state you did not expect. Ask support from the page before sending another.
How do I count the 3 days in the IN999 notice?
We do not know how the page counts them. The notice, dated 4 September 2026, says to contact its self-service center if the withdrawal has not arrived within 3 days, and we read no more than that. Ask support to state in writing whether the days are calendar days or working days, and what instant they run from.
Someone on Telegram says they can release my IN999 withdrawal if I pay a fee. Is that real?
A payment demanded as the price of getting your own money out is one of the signs our checker weighs most heavily: it scores 60 points, and 60 alone puts a message at High. We cannot see who is writing, and a chat that found you first is not the page’s own support. Do not send the first rupee, and report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
What should I screenshot before I contact IN999 support?
The Withdrawal history row with its status, amount and time, the Wallet balances, and your bank’s entry if money did arrive. Add the date, the phone number you registered with, and any reference number. One clear message with these is better than twenty short ones.
Can my bank help with an IN999 withdrawal that never arrived?
Your bank can show whether anything reached your account, and the reference number on any entry. It cannot see inside the platform. If the platform says it paid and your bank shows nothing, put the date, the amount and the reference of each side next to each other and send both to support.
Does the Withdraw button need my bank details first?
We cannot say. The notice scrolling on the home page says players must bind their bank data, but we reached no bank screen. Enter bank details only on the page whose address you typed. A chat that asks you to bind a bank to unlock a withdrawal is not describing a step we saw.
